Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt wedding pics remind us of Rishi Kapoor and Neetu wedding, Here’s how

After getting hitched on April 14, actor Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram account and dropped her first wedding photos with Ranbir Kapoor and it was surreal! We were having a meltdown as we couldn’t stop staring at those beautiful snaps which had only love written all over them. However, not sure if you guys have noticed it but Ranbir and Alia wedding photos instantly reminded us of Ranbir’s parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor wedding days.  That’s right! We came across a few throwback pictures of Rishi and Neetu from their marriage days and it seems like Alia and Ranbir have sort of unknowingly recreated or relived the same moments.

In one photo where Alia and Ranbir are raising a toast for their new journey and drinking champagne. Well, a similar photo was earlier shot with the late veteran star and Neetu where they both are sipping their drinks from the glass. Not done yet, one of the photos in their wedding dump, a pose similar to Rishi and Neetu was also clicked. It is indeed very surreal. Take a look at the photos below:

Ranbir and Alia shared their first wedding photos where the Gangubai Kathiawadi actor penned a lovely note which read, “Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot – the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship – we got married. With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites. Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special.  Love, Ranbir and Alia”
