Rohit Shetty issues a MAJOR DISCLAIMER about Singham Again and you need to read it

Rohit Shetty’s cop universe is one of the loved franchises of Bollywood. It started with Singham in 2011, followed by Returns, Simmba and Sooryavanshi. Fans are now eagerly waiting for the release on Singham Again. Ever since its announcement, audience are curious to know about the cast of the film. Speculations were rife that Vicky Kaushal was very much a part of the film but has now backed out. Reacting to such reports, Rohit Shetty Picturez have shared an official update on Singham Again cast.

Rohit Shetty Picturez shares a statement

As per reports by Bollywood Hungama, Vicky Kaushal has reportedly backed out of Singham Again to shoot for Chhava. Reacting to these reports doing rounds, Rohit Shetty Picturez has shared a major disclaimer about Singham Again.

The statement read, “There have been many speculations doing rounds about the starcast in Rohit Shetty’s next directorial, Singham Again. The film is currently in pre-production. We kindly request the media to refrain from making any premature announcements at this stage. We will be making an official starcast announcement soon.”

Talking about Singham Again, in 2022 it was reported that the film is on cards with Ajay Devgn reprising the role of Bajirao Singham. Sharing an update about the same, Ajay Devgn had shared a post and captioned, “Made a good start to the New Year with @itsrohitshetty ‘s narration of Singham Again. The script I heard is (fire emoticon). God willing this will be our 11th blockbuster”.

During the song launch of Cirkus, it was confirmed by Rohit Shetty that Deepika Padukone will be a part of Singham Again. He also mentioned that she will be the first female police of the cop universe. As per reports, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar will also appear in the much-awaited franchise.

Workwise, Rohit Shetty is currently hosting the stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. Apart from this, he will be making his web-series debut with The Indian Police Force. The series stars Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi in pivotal roles.
