Reportedly, the reason behind shifting the release date was that producers Bhushan Kumar and Sandeep Singh wanted no clash at the box office for this film.

‘Bhoomi’ is an emotional, revenge drama that centers around the relationship between a father and daughter. Actress Aditi Rao Hydari will be seen playing the role of Sanjay Dutt’s daughter in the movie.

Actor Sidhant Gupta, popularly known for his work in Zee TV’s serial ‘Tashan-E-Ishq’ has also been roped in to play the romantic lead opposite Aditi.
