Sara Ali Khan has interesting projects in the pipeline. Sara starrer Ae Watan Mere Watan is one of the most anticipated films. The actress recently wrapped up the shoot of Ae Watan Mere Watan. On Monday, she took to her Instagram and dropped a bunch of photos from the sets of the film. Ae Watan Mere Watan is directed by Kannan Iyer. Sara shared the photos and also expressed gratitude to the filmmaker.

In Ae Watan Mere Watan, Sara will be playing the role of a freedom fighter. The actress’ character is named Usha Mehta. Sara shared the pics and wrote in the caption, “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” – Mahatma Gandhi. Thank you Kannan sir for choosing me to portray this powerful character; a true personification of strength, dignity and passion. Some parts stay etched in our souls, and I know I will carry this one with me forever… Jai Bholenath.”

Apart from Ae Watan Mere Watan, Sara also has Murder Mubarak, Metro In Dino and Laxman Utekar’s untitled film with Vicky Kaushal.

Sara wraps Murder Mubarak’s Delhi schedule

A few days ago, Sara completed Murder Mubarak’s Delhi schedule. The actress had shared photos with the team on her Instagram. In her caption, Sara wrote, “That’s a Delhi Schedule Wrap. Thank you @homster for reminding me that the best thing we can do for ourselves is cultivate our insticts, respect our souls and only chase the truth.”

She added, “And in the midst of that purity, love and honesty we’ll make lifelong memories and hopefully capture some of it on celluloid. Jai Bholenath.
