Shah Rukh Khan, Pathaan, box office

Actor Shah Rukh Khan seemed to be overwhelmed by the response to Pathaan. The movie is currently rocking the box office, in fact, it is inching closer to hitting the 900 crore mark worldwide. While the movie is already a phenomenal business, Shah Rukh dropped a hazy selfie to thank his fans for showering Pathaan with love.

In the picture, we see SRK soaking up the sun while thanking fans for letting the sun shine on Pathaan and letting the movie come out of the darkness. Sharing the picture, King Khan backed it with a deep and thoughtful note saying, “The Sun is alone….it Burns….and comes out of the darkness to Shine again. Thank u all for letting the Sun shine on #Pathaan.

Shah Rukh Khan’s on-point selfie:

Khan and Salman Khan have come together in the movie as Pathaan as Tiger. The latter made a special appearance in the movie and the collaboration was a success.

Shah Rukh Khan on working with Salman in Pathaan:

Shah Rukh said, “Trust me when I say this, Salman and I have always wanted to act together but we were waiting for the right film, the right script because we both knew that there would be incredible excitement to see us on screen but we would have to deliver that promise to audiences because they love us so much. If not, they would be mighty dejected and it wouldn’t work for the project. Matlab fans ka sawaal hai, choti script pe nahi chodh sakte types!

The Raees actor further added that Aditya wanted the two super spies from YRF’s Spy Universe, Tiger and Pathaan, together to do some kick-ass action scenes and he instantly jumped at it.

SRK further says, “I know it was a long wait for fans to see us like this on screen and I’m glad that we have delivered a film that they are thoroughly enjoying. Besides this, it’s too much fun with Bhai on sets. I had missed being with him on screen so it all turned out as it should,” adding that he kept Tiger’s scarf as a memento.

Pathaan also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
