Shraddha Kapoor’s brother and veteran actor Shakti Kapoor’s son Siddhanth Kapoor has been allegedly detained in Bengaluru for consuming drugs at a party. The police, on Sunday, had busted a drug party at a Star hotel. As reported by India Today, after detaining a few people, their blood sample was taken. Among 35 samples that were tested, 5 of them have tested positive for drug usage. Siddhanth Kapoor’s sample has also tested positive for drugs. He has now been detained and kept at Ulsoor police station.

As reported by ETimes, Siddhanth Kapoor’s father actor Shakti Kapoor reacting to the news of his son being detained in Bengaluru said, “I can say only one thing – it’s not possible”.

Siddhanth Kapoor has worked as an assistant director on films like ‘Bhagam Bhag’, ‘Chup Chup Ke’ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’. He has also featured in movies like Jazbaa, Haseena Parkar and Chehre.

Previously, Shraddha Kapoor’s name had popped up in the Bollywood drugs case that emerged soon after the death of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The actress was questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau but nothing was proved.
