Shreyas Talpade health update: Filmmaker Soham Shah confirms he will get discharged soon

Actor Shreyas Talpade suffered a heart attack on 14^th December while shooting for his upcoming film, Welcome to the Jungle. He was rushed to Mumbai’s Bellevue Hospital where he underwent an angioplasty. After Bobby Deol, his close friend and filmmaker Soham Shah confirmed that Shreyas Talpade is recuperating and will be discharged soon.

Soham Shah shares Shreyas Talpade will be discharged soon

During a chat with ETimes, the Kaal director confirmed, “In all likelihood, he (Shreyas Talpade) is likely to be discharged Sunday night or Monday morning… I visited him on the same night he was taken to hospital and I was there today (Friday). It was a big relief to see Shreyas smiling and talking with me, being back to himself.”

Heaping praise on his wife Deepti, the filmmaker stated, “He was filled with gratitude and blessings that he was timely taken care of. Thanks to his wife Deepti, who had an amazing presence of mind and took the right decisions at the right time. They both have felt divine intervention that he was revived back, as it was a very challenging time to reach the hospital battling the traffic. Thank God he’s recovering well and everyone’s best wishes are with him.”

Shreyas Talpade on going through financial lows

The actor will next be seen in Welcome To The Jungle and Emergency. A few days back, in an exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, he opened up about going through the financial crisis. He shared, “When you don’t know where your paycheck is going to come from, when is it going to come and what is the next kind of work that you’re going to do. You start thinking about it, you start doubting whether you are in the right profession. Certain projects which I did never released for whatever reason.”

Well, apart from Soham Shah. Bobby Deol also revealed how Shreyas’s heart had stopped for 10 minutes but fortunately, doctors revived him.
