Shweta has been constantly demanding a fair investigation in Sushant’s death case. The late actor’s father even filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and her family for abetment of suicide.

While Rhea had earlier said that she has no problem with CBI taking over the case but she raised her objection to the case being handed over to CBI by Bihar police instead of Mumbai police. She called this transfer unconstitutional.
