A website by the name of Tamil Rockers has leaked ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ just after its release, reported Times Now. Piracy is not a new issue when it comes to films and this malaise has been plaguing the film industry over the years. Despite stars urging public to avoid piracy, this illegal practice has been rampant across films and very little has been done to stop this activity.

The website, which is administered internationally, leaked the movie in all three languages in HD print. Following the leak, many cimema -goers wrote to the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) and asked for legal action against Tamil Rockers for this breach.

It seems like, ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ is not the only film targetted by Tamil Rockers as South superstar Vijay starrer Tamil film ‘Sarkar’ has also faced the brunt of piracy by the said website. ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ despite this setback is doing good business at the box office and in the coming days is set to break many more records. The period drama is directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and also stars Fatima Sana Shaikh and Katrina Kaif in pivotal roles.
