Varun Dhawan and Sunny Deol greeted each other warmly at the screening of Border 2 in Mumbai. As they arrived, Varun was seen reaching the venue ahead of Sunny in a video shared on social media. When Sunny arrived, Varun looked at him, and after a brief moment, Sunny spotted him, broke into a big smile, and gave a tight hug.

Sunny also lifted Varun’s hand in a victorious gesture, celebrating the moment. For the event, Sunny opted for a blue shirt and pants, while Varun wore a white T-shirt, brown jacket, and denim jeans. Both stars complemented their looks with caps.

Border 2 BANNED In Gulf Countries Like Dhurandhar?

According to Bollywood Hungama, the film will not be released in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. “Films perceived as having ‘anti-Pakistan’ content typically do not get a release in this region,” the report noted. Sources confirmed to HT that while there is no official ban, these Gulf nations tend to avoid releasing movies that portray Pakistan negatively.

Border 2 is expected to have a spectacular opening, with trade sources estimating collections between Rs 32-35 crore. This would mark the biggest opening of the careers for Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty. It will be the second-largest opening for Sunny Deol after Gadar 2. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, the film also features Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, and Anya Singh in significant roles.
