While ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ seems to be the order of the day in our country, there are some people who refuse to be responsible no matter what background they come from.

Recently while travelling, actress Anushka Sharma pulled up a man for throwing garbage on the road who was driving a high-end car. The actress asked the litterer in a very stern voice about why is he throwing garbage on the road. Naturally, that man had no response to her questions.

Sharing this video on Twitter, her hubby Virat Kohli wrote, “Saw these people throwing garbage on the road & pulled them up rightfully. Travelling in a luxury car and brains gone for a toss. These people will keep our country clean? Yeah right! If you see something wrong happening like this, do the same & spread awareness.” (Also Read: Eid Special: 10 on-screen Muslim characters we instantly fell in love with!)

Lauding the actress for her wonderful job, her ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ director Karan Johar took to Twitter and posted, “This is the order of the day!! Well done !!”

Well, we totally agree with Karan and we hope people learn something from this episode.

Interestingly, Anushka’s upcoming film ‘Sui Dhaaga’ is based on ‘Make In India’ campaign launched by the Indian government. Reportedly, the film’s plot revolves around a heartwarming story of pride and self-reliance.
