About Sam Bahadur

The Meghna Gulzar directed biographical drama also stars Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra in pivotal roles. It revolved around the life of army office Sam Manekshaw whose valour was acknowledged during 1971 Indo-Pak war and was first Indian who rose to the rank of Field Marshal. In the movie, Fatima essays the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi while Sanya plays Manekshaw’s wife. It released in theatres on 1^st December.
