EXCLUSIVE: Anjali Anand Calls Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia ‘Green Forests’; Admits, “I Have Been Obsessed With Both Of Them”

Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza have long been admired as one of Bollywood’s most-loved couples, actress Anjali Anand, who is sharing screen space with Riteish in Dhamaal 4, couldn’t stop praising the duo while speaking exclusively to Bollywood Bubble. Calling Riteish a “green forest,” Anjali opened up about her admiration for the couple, revealed how she keeps sending Riteish cute reels featuring Genelia, and shared why she believes their relationship is genuinely special. When asked about Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia as she shot Dhamaal 4 with him, Anjali Anand said, “He’s a Green Forest. Both of them are. I have met Genelia. I think we met at a wedding or some event. Beech mein kisi ki shaadi thi, aur main wahan unse first time mili. And because he had spoken so much about her, and I have told him so much too. Mujhe koi cute meme ya cute reel dikhti hai na unki, toh main Ritesh ko bhej deti hoon. So I have been obsessed with both of them. It’s so beautiful what they share.”

She added, “And she has never come to the set. I think set pe koi nahi aata. Itna hum log excited nahi hote, kyunki sabke liye kaam hai. Sab log apne kaam pe jaate hain. Aapke office mein thodi na roz ghar wale aate hain. Nahi na? Toh phir wahi hota hai. I think log poochte hain, ‘Set pe kaun-kaun aaya hai?’ Nahi aate, bhai. Sab apna-apna kaam kar rahe hote hain. It’s a job, you know. So it’s just like that. But she is so sweet. She is so sweet. She also loved the song. Everybody is loving the song—all the songs. I think everybody is loving them, and it’s all going very well. I’m loving it.”
