She reportedly said, “Main Shiv se thodi lambi hoon na isiliye.” Moments later, a paparazzo made a comment about Shiv, saying, “Shiv bhai ko daba mat dena.” Anjali appeared visibly upset and immediately responded, “Ye body shaming apni biwi ki karna jaake.”

However, a section of social media users has questioned the apparent contradiction. Several reactions pointed out that Anjali had jokingly commented on Shiv’s height just before objecting to the pap’s remark about her body. One user wrote, “Anjali mocked Shiv’s height but got angry when paps mocked her body weight!!” Another argued that there’s a difference because Anjali and Shiv are friends and share a different equation, whereas paparazzi don’t have that personal rapport with celebrities.

Another reaction emphasised that friends may joke around. But that does not give outsiders the right to comment on someone’s body. Interestingly, Anjali’s exchange with Shiv has also brought attention to their camaraderie. The two have shared a friendly relationship in the past.
