Many actors have rejected movies in their career that turned out to be blockbusters. Similarly, actor Esha Deol has also rejected a couple of mega-blockbuster movies in her initial career. And well, you will be shocked to know the movies that she has rejected. In the new episode of Knock Knock with Bollywood, Esha Deol took us on her Juhu house tour. Apart from showing her lovely house and artefacts, she even sat down for a fun chat with the host. Esha revealed she regrets rejecting blockbuster movies like Golmaal and Omkara.

When asked her the films she regrets rejecting, Esha said, “A couple of them.” She was also asked to reveal the name of the films and Esha said, “Golmaal, the first one. If I name them then people will really want to throw a slipper on my head or something from the camera. But honestly speaking, the people who then went on to do it, have done a fantastic job.” She also revealed that she rejected Omkara and when asked whose role she rejected, she named it was for Bipasha Basu’s role. The Dhoom actor then added, “But she absolutely justified that role. I’m glad she did it she was so good.”

Golmaal – Fun Unlimited was directed by Rohit Shetty and it was one of the superhit movies back then. She would have probably been approached for Nirali’s role and after she rejected it, it went to Rimi Sen. Moreover, Omkara, directed by Vishal Bharadwaj was also a critically acclaimed movie. She was offered the movie but with her rejection, Omkara was done by Bipasha Basu.
