EXCLUSIVE: Milind Soman or Ehan Bhat: Khushalii Kumar reveals the name of her favourite Starfish co-star

On November 24, Khushalii Kumar had her second big screen outing with the thriller Starfish. The film starred the actress alongside three leading men- Milind Soman, Ehan Bhat and Tusharr Khanna. Khushalii sure did have an amazing company while shooting the film with them. And in a recent conversation with Bollywood Bubble, she revealed her favourite amongst them all.

Prior to the film’s release, the team of Starfish took a mini vacation to Goa with the media. While there, Bollywood Bubble got a hold of Khushalii for a rapid fun chat. In our Fast Five round, the actress answered 5 burning questions about the film. In that, she also revealed to us, who is her favourite co-star in the film.

When we insisted on her taking only one name, contrary to the dilemma we were expecting, Khushalii gave a quick answer. Without taking a beat, she said, “Milind Soman. I didn’t even have to think.” Not just that, she also shared that the ‘adventure, thrill and amazing underwater sequences’ is what makes Starfish special. Khushalii insisted that her character Tara is a complete contrast from her in real life. “Tara lives in the past, whereas i live completely in the present,” she said.

Starring Khushalii, Milind, Ehan and Tusharr, Starfish released in theatres on November 24, 2023. It marked Tusharr’s Hindi film debut. The film is directed by Akhilesh Jaiswal and is an adaptation of Bina Nayak’s acclaimed novel Starfish Pickle. It stars Khushalii as Tara and explores her life as a diver while she struggles with PTSD. Starfish boasts of some breathtaking underwater sequences with a large portion of it shot below sea level.
