EXCLUSIVE: Shah Rukh Khan Or Hrithik Roshan, Nikita Dutta Names Her Ultimate Bollywood Romance Hero; Declares, “Nobody Can Beat Him”

Nikita Dutta is an actress who transitioned from television to films, gaining recognition with roles in movies like Dybbuk (2021) and Dange (2024). In 2025, she will be seen in the Netflix heist thriller Jewel Thief – The Heist Begins. Starring alongside Saif Ali Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Kunal Kapoor, Nikita plays the character Farah in this high-stakes drama, further showcasing her adaptability in various genres.

During our exclusive chat, Bollywood Bubble host Ankita Bhalla asked the actress who would win in a romantic showdown between Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan. Without skipping a beat, Nikita Dutta replied, “I’d say Shah Rukh Khan yeah, you just can’t beat him. Especially when it comes to his films. There’s something about the way he acts… the expressions in his eyes alone speak volumes.”

She continued, “Just the other day, I was rewatching Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, and usually we have this habit of skipping songs. But this time, I didn’t. Then Suraj Hua Maddham came on, and at one point, when Kajol flips her hair, I noticed something really small but amazing—her hair actually gets stuck in Shah Rukh Khan’s mouth, like on his lower lip. And you know what? He doesn’t even flinch. The shot isn’t cut, he just stays in it, fully committed, and carries the scene with that strand of hair still stuck to him!”

She concluded, “That’s when I thought—this is why he’s Shah Rukh Khan. This is why he’s the king of romance, the king of women. I can imagine any other actor yelling, ‘Cut! Hair got in my mouth!’ and ruining the moment. But not him. Nobody can beat him.”

During the same chat, Nikita Dutta also shares what the title would be if her life were a movie. She says, “Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham”
