From Archana Gautam, Swami om to Kushal Tandon: Contestants who were thrown out of Bigg Boss house for physical violence

Bigg Boss is one of the most anticipated reality shows on television. While we love seeing contestants going an extra mile to sustain in the show. Arguments and catfights, these are not new to the show. In fact, they are the essence of Bigg Boss. However, there are certain rules to follow if one thinks to stay for long in the house. But over the years, be it jumping the fence or indulging in physical altercation, contestants are shown the way out of the house for several reason. Ahead of Bigg Boss 17, let’s have a look at contestants who were thrown out of the house for breaching rules.

Archana Gautam

During Bigg Boss 16, Archana Gautam and Shiv Thakare indulged in a verbal spat. Things turned ugly after she got physical and held him by the neck in anger. Other contestants including Nimrat Kaur Ahluwalia and Shalin Bhanot raised voice against her actions and she was expelled. However, after her fans demanded she re-entered the house.

Vikas Gupta

After BB 11, Vikas Gupta entered 14th season as challenger. He and Arshi Khan were at each other’s throat since Day 1. During an argument, things went to an extend that Vikas pushed Arshi into swimming pool after which he was reprimanded.

Madhurima Tuli

Ex-lovers Madhurima Tuli and Vishal Aditya Singh were in the Bigg Boss 13 house together. They could not stand each other and fought over petty things. Bigg Boss threw Madhurima out when she had hit him with pan after an enraged Vishal threw water on her. Madhurima had once hit Vishal with footwear as well.

Umar Riaz

In Bigg Boss 15, Umar Riaz got in a physical altercation with Pratik Sehajpal after which he was eliminated. Host Salman Khan asserted that Umar was warned numerous times to control his aggression, and yet he did not listen.

Afsana Khan

Apart from Umar, Afsana Khan was summoned to leave the house in Bigg Boss 15. The singer was ousted after she decided to pick up a knife and appeared to threaten herself with it. This happened after she lost VIP ticket to finale task and accused Rajiv Adatia of touching her inappropriately.

Swami Om

Swami Om made derogatory remarks about women in the Bigg Boss 10 house. He courted controversy for several reasons. What led to his eviction from the house was when he threw his pee on co-contestants Bani J and Rohan Mehra. The outrageous act led the makers to throw him out of the show.

Kushal Tandon

During his stint in Bigg Boss 7, Kushal garnered a lot of limelight for his relationship with actress, Gauahar Khan. Apparently, the actor got into a physical fight with VJ Andy as the latter had made repulsive remark about Gauahar. However, Kushal was brought back into the house after Gauahar had threatened to leave the show.

Priyank Sharma

During a fight, Akash Dadlani commented on Vikas Gupta’s sexuality after which Priyank came out in support of the producer. The scuffle between three went to an extend that Priyank lost his cool and slapped Akash after which he was ousted from the house. They both were participants in BB 11.

Kamaal Rashid Khan

Kamaal R Khan was one of the most controversial contestants in the Bigg Boss house. During a fight, he threw a bottle at Rohit Verma, which hit Shamita Shetty, and the makers immediately threw KRK out of the house.

Priyanka Jagga

Priyanka Jagga’s obnoxious antics had hit the roof which left Salman Khan fuming during 10th season. After she used offensive language towards Lopamudra Raut and Manu Punjabi’s late mother, she was chastised by Salman Khan. Unfortunately, she went out of control and begins to argue with Salman, who then decided to disqualify her.

Pooja Missra

Pooja Missra was known to lose her temper at the drop of a hat. She had shoved co-contestant Siddharth Bharadwaj forcing the makers of the show to evict her.

Rahul Mahajan

In 2008, a couple of days before the Bigg Boss 2 grand finale, Rahul Mahajan, Raja Chaudhary, Ashutosh Kaushik and Zulfi Syed climbed the wall to get out of the house. The finalists apparently left the house because they were hungry. Upon their return, Bigg Boss asked all of them to either apologise or leave the show. Rahul refused to apologise, leading to his elimination from the show.

Samir Soni and Dolly Bindra

Dolly Bindra used foul language against Shweta Tiwari, causing her to cry. Samir Soni stepped in and confronted Dolly Bindra. Due to their violent behaviour, both were asked to leave the house.
