What happens when two gorgeous B-Town lovelies (who actually get along like house on fire and are not faking it all the time for the shutterbugs) come together to promote their upcoming movie? Just look at Ileana D’Cruz and Athiya Shetty and you’ll know the answer. It’s just happy faces, endearing candid moments and lots of glamour!

Recently, the two leading ladies along with the entire cast of ‘Mubarakan’ stepped out in gorgeous traditional avatars for a grand sangeet ceremony hosted for the promotions. They seemed to be in full spirits as they spoke to the media and shook a leg too for the audience. We loved how they decided to go twinning in embellished ivory ensembles. While Athiya has sported traditional looks for promoting the flick earlier, it was refreshing to see Ileana in this avatar as she’s mostly been seen in flowy dresses and skirts lately. So, here’s all the style dope you needed to get your fashion soul up and kicking. (Also read: Karisma Kapoor is all about easy-breezy yet chic fashion in Daniele Carlotta)

The star kid Athiya looked ravishing in an embellished, embroidered suit by Jade by Monica and Karishma that was styled by Ami Patel and Sanjay Kumar Dauhaliya. She accentuated the outfit with metallic sandals and soft wavy hair. The lady gave accessories a complete miss and that’s exactly what makes the look stand out. All she needed was a dose of bright red on the lips and oh, that incredible jawline she’s blessed with to ooze glamour.

Ileana is a stunner and no matter what the critics say, she’s one beautiful woman with a great fashion sense. This desi look styled by Sanam Ratansi of StyleCell includes a Payal Singhal silk brocade lehenga and a sexy fringe, bikini-style cropped blouse (how we love that shimmery mermaid effect). She rounded it up with statement earrings from Amrapali Jewels, a simple updo and fresh-faced, dewy makeup. Simply impeccable!

Athiya and Ileana taught us that you can achieve a head-turning look even with a minimal vibe. But we must admit, we do like Ileana’s look a tad more (actually, a lot more) than Athiya, courtesy her inimitable oomph and sensuous tadka. What say?
