Madhur Bhandarkar denies the reports of casting Radhika Apte in ‘Main, Indu’

Radhika Apte is basking in the glory of her latest release ‘Phobia’. A report in Indian Express stated that Radhika Apte is almost finalized to star in Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Main, Indu’. However, the director took to Twitter to clear that the film is still in scripting stage and no actor has been approached to star in the movie.

Madhur tweeted, “My next is film still in scripting stage and no actor has been approached yet. Hope this stops speculations around the casting.” [sic]

It is also said that Anushka Sharma was being considered for the film.

‘Main, Indu’ is about a rebel poet and is set during Emergency.
