Dance Deewane 3: 18 crew members of Madhuri Dixit, Dharmesh Yelande, Tushar Kalia’s show test COVID positive

Dance Deewane 3 made a grand comeback on Television on February 7, 2021. With Madhuri Dixit, Tushar Kalia, and Dharmesh Yelande taking the judges’ seats, the excitement was top notch. Viewers were loving the new season and its powerful contestants. However, now after a month, Dance Deewane 3 has been mired in mess due to COVID 19. Well, about 18 crew members of Dance Deewane 3 have tested COVID positive. Yes!

It was a state of chaos on the sets of Dance Deewane 3 as many as 18 crew members were diagnosed with the novel Coronavirus. The shooting of Dance Deewane 3 takes place at the Filmistan Studio in Mumbai’s Goregoan area. A report in the Times of India states that the producer of Dance Deewane 3, Arvind Rao, has immediately arranged for a new set of people to continue with the show.

The new members will replace the ones hit by the COVID pandemic, to continue shooting for Dance Deewane 3. It is a state of fear, and everybody is scared. A source told the TOI, “The number 18 is very high. Immense fear must have gripped everyone associated with the show Dance Deewane 3, including Madhuri Dixit, Tushar Kalia and Dharmesh Yelande who judge the show. Ditto for Raghav Juyal, who hosts it.”

Ashok Dubey, General Secretary of FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) said that whatever happened on Dance Deewane 3 is unfortunate. He prayed that everyone who has tested COVID positive gets fine soon. “This show always does a pre-test with the cast and crew. Hence they had some time to rush in a new crew,” he said.

The next shoot of Dance Deewane 3 is on April 5, Monday, and a pre-test will again be done. “Only those who are COVID negative are allowed and hereafter too the same procedure will be adopted, added Ashok Dubey.
