Recently, Jennifer Winget took charge to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene. Yes! In her latest Instagram post, Jennifer Winget highlighted the importance of menstrual hygiene. She advocated that it is not a subject of taboo, but needs careful attention by all. Jenny urged everyone to debunk the myths around it and begin a dialogue about the same.

The actress shared a monochrome photo of herself, showing a red dot on her palm indicating the sign of menstruation. Alongside the intense photo, Jennifer Winget penned a long note on the importance of maintaining menstrual hygiene and how it must be given due attention. “Times are tough, Use your voice, Period!,” she wrote.

She added, “Drawing your attention to the #reddotchallenge that aims to raise awareness about the importance of menstrual hygiene. And in this unusual of years, also keeps our focus on caring for ourselves and others as we combat Covid-19. I stand with and pledge that I will be safe and ensure others are safe.”

Further Jennifer also encouraged others to join her in this campaign and urged people to help females around them. “Starting today, until the 28th of May, stand with me to safeguard girls around the world and put an end to any stigma or shame that surrounds their menstrual cycle. Further this initiative by taking a black and white photo of yourself in a mask and placing a red dot on your palm, ” Jennifer wrote.
