Sheezan Khan walks out of jail after bail in Tunisha Sharma death case, sisters Falaq and Shafaq get emotional- WATCH

TV actor Sheezan Khan was arrested in Tunisha Sharma’s suicide case last year. Sheezan was arrested in December last year. On Saturday, Sheezan Khan was granted bail by the Vasai court in Tunisha Sharma death case. On Sunday, Sheezan walked out of the jail. Sheezan’s sisters were happy to see him. As soon as he came out of the jail, his sisters got teary-eyed and hugged him.

For the uninitiated, Sheezan was arrested for abetment of the suicide of his former girlfriend Tunisha Sharma in December. On Saturday, Sheezan was granted bail. The Vasai court granted bail to him on a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh. The actor was also asked to submit his passport.

Soon after Sheezan was granted bail on Saturday, his sister Falaq took to her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Alhumdullilah.” Last month, Falaq had shared a picture with him on Instagram along with the caption, “Always with him standing tall and strong no matter what! Beshak Allah sabki niyat se waqif hai. Sabr.”

After Sheezan’s bail, Indian Express quoted his lawyer Shailendra Misha saying, “Truth has prevailed as the boy is innocent. We have approached the Bombay High Court for quashing the FIR, which will be heard on March 9 and we hope that we will get justice there as well. The police have misused their power of arrest which is one of the grounds that we have mentioned in our plea at Bombay High Court.”

For the unversed, Tunisha Sharma was found dead on the sets of her TV show Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kubul on December 24, 2022.Post her death, it was revealed that Tunisha and Sheezan were in a relationship. They parted ways days before her death. Tunisha’s mother had filed a complaint against him on the charges of abetting her suicide.
