There is no denying that Anupamaa is one of the best shows to have come on Indian telly for a really long time. The show has broken numerous records and has become the talk of the town. Even this week, Anupamaa is leading the TRP charts. It continues to be on the numero uno position, which it has been holding onto since quite some time now.

Another good news for the fans is that Kumkum Bhagya which used to always hold the number 1 of number 2 position on the TRP charts has finally returned to the top 5. The show had moved out of the top 5 for some time, and finally, the track of the show has managed to get more and more audiences to watch it.

This also meant that Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is no more in the top 5. The show’s ratings have been falling ever since it restarted shooting after the lockdown. However, the makers haven’t been able to crack the code this time, and the show seems to be rapidly falling out of people’s watchlist.

Imlie and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein have started performing well, and both the shows have gone a notch higher than last week. Both are on number 2 and number 3 respectively.

This in turn made things difficult for Kundali Bhagya, which also had enjoyed the numero uno position before Anupamaa took it away from it. The newer shows have pushed Kundali Bhagya to number 4. The makers need to do something drastically different in order to get their old viewership back.

Bigg Boss 14, as usual, isn’t doing as great as Bigg Boss 11 or Bigg Boss 13 in terms of TRP. The showrunners need to spice things up a bit more for it to get more viewership this season. Let’s wait and watch whether they are able to do that or not.
