Aamir Khan and Sanjay Dutt

Aamir Khan does not shy away to speak out his mind on social and political matters. Recently Aamir was asked about his opinion on Sanjay Dutt’s case, whether the parole extensions given to him were fair and the Bombay High Court’s decision of slamming Maharashtra government on the same.

The actor said, “I don’t think it’s right for me to comment on this matter for a number of reasons one of them is that, I am totally unaware about what the case is. I am sure, that there are certain rules and regulations that prisons follow and I am assuming that they follow that for everyone. But if something has not been followed then whichever officer is responsible for that not only in Sanju’s case but in general then serious action should be taken against them as nobody is above the law. I don’t know about Sanju’s case. How many days of parole he has been granted or how they have been. So it won’t be right for me to comment.”

We get a feeling of an easy escape by the diplomatic answer given by Aamir. Do you?
