Aayush Sharma: My favourite Bollywood film is Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Baazigar’

Salman Khan‘s brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma will mark his Bollywood debut with ‘Loveratri‘ alongside Warina Hussain. The actor revealed that he has been a huge fan of Shah Rukh Khan.

During an exclusive interview with Aayush Sharma, we asked the actor about the first Bollywood film that he had watched. To this Aayush Sharma said, “Being a Delhi boy, I was a huge Shah Rukh Khan fan. Because Delhi and SRK go hand-in-hand, I used to love watching his films. I used to love all the commercial films, from action to comedy.”

Aayush comes from a Haryana based political family, who did his schooling in Delhi. He said that as a child, he used to watch “everything that had Entertainment written on it”.

Being a Shah Rukh Khan fan, the actor said that he wanted the SRK elements in his Bollywood debut. “For my Bollywood debut, I wanted a proper love story. I wanted all that 90’s elements in my film -a scooter, that chocolate boy image, and which is why ‘Loveratri’ has it all,” he said.

The actor also revealed his favourite film and said, “Shah Rukh Khan’s Baazigar is my favorite Bollywood film. And I just loved the iconic jail scene from Veer Zaara.

We asked Aayush Sharma if there was a Salman Khan film which he would like to star in. To which, Aayush  replied saying, “If ever I get a chance to work in Salman Khan’s sequel, my first choice will be Salman Khan’s ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’. It has all the elements that I love doing.”

Speaking about his Bollywood debut, ‘Loveratri’ is slated to release on 5th October 2018.
