Actor Deepika Padukone took a short break and travelled to Bhutan, on a holiday with her sister, Anisha Padukone. The Padukone sisters were not joined by Ranveer Singh. But several photos of the Pathaan actress, from her sweet encounter with fans from Paro, had surfaced on the internet. Many fans shared pictures on their Instagram account. Days later, Deepika Padukone shared a string of photos and gave fans a glimpse of Bhutan.
Deepika Padukone treks to Tiger’s Nest
The Pathaan actress shared a photo where she is clicked while seated on a massive rock. Deepika is in the middle of a forest and she is seemingly on a trek. The actress is dressed in athleisure and has a bum bag around her waist. Padukone dropped the first photo from her Bhutan holiday and captioned it with the hashtag: ‘land of the thunder dragon’.
Deepika shared another photo of the majestic snow-clad Himalayan mountain tops. And, the aerial view is breathtaking!
The actress also shared photos of the mesmerizing forests of Bhutan. One can only wonder about Bhutan’s beauty while catching a glimpse on our social media feeds.
Padukone made a few other posts and treated us to a tour of the Bhutanese monasteries. She also shared a picture of the ice-cold rivers and bridges with Tibetan prayer flags hanging on them. One can understand how Deepika’s only intended to give away ‘good vibes only’ and positive energies!
In other posts, the Fighter actress shared a glimpse of how she relished the local cuisine and engaged in conversations with a bunch of school kids. The pictures are proof, she enjoyed posing with them too.
Meanwhile, Deepika returned to Mumbai a few days ago. She was clicked at the Mumbai airport on April 11. The actress was spotted at the arrivals, when on her way out.
On the work front, Padukone has kick-started filming for her movie Fighter. She has The Intern, Project K, and a few others in her kitty.
