The entire industry woke up to the news of Satish Kaushik’s demise on Thursday. The talented actor died due to heart attack in Delhi. Following the news of his death, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, and Neena Gupta among others paid tribute to the actor. Actor Anil Kapoor, who was Satish’s best friend, shared a bunch of photos with his ‘younger brother’ on Instagram.

It is well-known that both Anil Kapoor and Anupam Kher shared great camaraderie with Satish Kaushik. Anil and Anupam’s friendship with Satish was precious. The trio’s photos together speak volumes of their great bond.

Anil, who worked with Satish in many movies, shared unseen pics on Instagram along with the caption, “The Laurels of the industry have lost their Hardy… the Three Musketeers have lost the most talented, generous and loving Musketeer and I have lost my younger brother… gone too soon… I love you Satish.

Anupam Kher’s tweet on Satish Kaushik

Earlier today, Anupam Kher took to his Twitter and remembered his best friend Satish Kaushik. The veteran actor shared an unseen pic with Satish and also penned an emotional note as he mourned his demise. Anupam wrote, “I know “death is the ultimate truth of this world!” But I never thought in my dreams that I would write this thing about my best friend #SatishKaushik while alive. Such a sudden full stop on friendship of 45 years!! Life will NEVER be same without you SATISH! Om Shanti!

Earlier today, Anupam Kher arrived at Satish’s house for his last rites. Javed Akhtar, Ashok Pandit, Arjun Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter among others too arrived at his home to pay their last respects.

A few days ago, Satish attended the Holi party hosted by Javed Akhtar in Mumbai. The actor was seen in a good mood as he made an appearance in the city on Holi.

The actor had also shared pictures from the Holi bash on his Instagram.

As revealed by the actor’s manager, Satish complained of breathlessness hours before his death. His funeral is currently underway. Satish is now survived by his wife Shashi and daughter Vanshika.
