‘Main theek hoon,’ says Esha Deol as she makes first public appearance post announcing separation from Bharat Takhtani

Esha Deol announced her divorce from husband Bharat Takhtani a few days ago. On Monday, Esha was spotted at the airport for the first time post announcing her separation from Bharat. The actress smiled as she posed for paps. She kept it casual in a white top paired with denims, white shoes and a hat.

When the paparazzi asked about her, Esha said, “Main theek hoon. Aap log kaise ho (I’m doing well. How are you?)”

Recently, Esha and Bharat released a joint statement in which they revealed that they have mutually decided to end their marriage. An official statement issued by them, as quoted by ANI, read, “We have mutually & amicably decided to part ways. Through this shift in our lives, the best interests and welfare of our two children is and will be of utmost importance to us. We should appreciate that our privacy is respected throughout. Thank you, Esha Deol & Bharat Takhtani.”

A few days ago, it was reported that Dharmendra wants daughter Esha Deol to rethink her decision to divorce Bharat. Esha and Bharat tied the knot in 2012 and have two daughters – Radhya and Miraya.
