Bollywood lost one of its brightest stars Sridevi in an unfortunate circumstance five years ago. Till date the unrecoverable loss still hits every Indian cinema lover. Sridevi’s husband, producer Boney Kapoor loved his wife immensely and still remembers her every day. Boney often shares their lovely memories and proudly shows the love he has for his wife. 

Boney Kapoor shares an elegant picture of Sridevi

The producer took to his Instagram early Friday morning and shared an elegant photo of his late wife. Boney expressed his feelings in his caption as he wrote, “Missing you every day, every hour, every second, yet can’t believe you are not around.” Sridevi passed away on February 24, 2018. Reportedly, she died of accidental drowning in a Dubai hotel.

Boney frequently posts his wife, late actor Sridevi’s photos and reminisces the good memories he shared with her. Last week, on June 2, Boney shared a photo on Instagram remembering his wife on their 27th wedding anniversary. He wrote, “1996 2nd June we got married in Shirdi, today we complete 27yrs.”

About Sridevi and Boney’s love story

At the India Today Woman Summit in 2013 Boney Kapoor revealed that he saw Sridevi in a Tamil film in the 70s. He said “The first time I saw her was on screen, this was probably in the late 70s… when I saw one of her Tamil films. I told myself this is someone I want to have in my film.”

Their love story was controversial but, one for the decades. Boney was previously married to Mona Kapoor. From that marriage, he had two kids, Arjun and Anushula Kapoor. On June 2, 1996, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor tied the knot in Shirdi. The couple have two daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. While Jahnvi is already making her mark in Bollywood, Khushi is all set to make her debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies.
