Ranbir Kapoor Splurges Rs 16.42 Cr On Real Estate; Purchases Four Land Parcels Near Pune

Ranbir Kapoor is on a spree to increase his real estate portfolio. The actor, who recently purchased land in Ayodhya for Rs 3.31 crore, has reportedly spent nearly Rs 16.50 crore to purchase over 25 acres of land near Pune. As per a report, the ‘Ramayana’ actor paid over Rs 82 lakh in stamp duty to acquire the land. Read on to know all about the purchase.

Ranbir Kapoor Expands His Real Estate Portfolio

According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Ranbir Kapoor recently acquired nearly 25 acres of land in Pune’s Mulshi taluka. The actor reportedly paid a whopping Rs 16.42 crore for the land.The report further stated that the transaction comprises four adjoining land parcels in Pimpri village. As per their report, the sale agreement was registered on April 30, 2026.

Talking about the land, the first parcel measured 21,400 sq m and was purchased for Rs 3.31 crore. The second acquired for Rs 4.62 crore, measured 29,900 sq m. The third parcel measured 43,800 sq m and was purchased for Rs 7.07 crore while the fourth – a 8,900 sq m plot, cost him Rs 1.39 crore. Combined, the four parcels span 1,04,000 sq m (around 25.7 acres) and cost the ‘Animal’ star nearly Rs16.42 crore.

According to the registration documents, the actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 82.13 lakh.

RK’s Ayodhya Land Purchase

In May 2026, The House of Abhinandan Lodha revealed that Ranbir Kapoor had purchased a land parcel at their project ‘The Sarayu.’ The land parcel – measuring 2,134 sq ft, is valued around Rs 3.31 crore. The acquisition was part of ‘The Sarayu by HoABL,’ a 75-acre plotted development located along the banks of the Sarayu River. According to the company, the project will include a clubhouse, over 35 lifestyle amenities, and a five-acre fully vegetarian luxury hotel operated by The Leela.

Over the last couple of years, several Bollywood stars have invested into land. Some noted personalities who have brought land in the recent past include Amitabh Bachchan, Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, among others.
