Rapper Raftaar tests positive for Covid-19; feels there’s a technical error

The country is currently in the unlock phase, however, the Coronavirus scare is not going to curb anytime soon. With each passing day, the number of positive cases of Covid-19 patient is increasing at an alarming speed. And now Bollywood’s celebrated singer-rapper and music composer Raftaar has tested positive for the deadly virus.

Raftaar took to his social media handle to share his health update with his fans and followers.

Sharing a series of videos on his Instagram stories, Raftaar informed his fans that he is asymptomatic and currently under home-quarantine. Raftaar also said that he feels that the positive report could be a technical error as he is feeling absolutely fine.

In one of his Insta stories, the rapper is heard saying, “Hi everybody, wanted to share a quick update with you. I had to go on Roadies. For that, I had to undergo a Covid-19 test. My first two reports were negative. However, my third test result that came today is positive. The BMC has asked me to stay in isolation, so I have isolated myself at home.”

He further added, “I am waiting for my next Covid-19 test as I feel there’s a technical error because I’m fit and fine. I am not feeling unwell and I don’t think I have the disease because I don’t have any symptoms. However, it’s my duty to isolate myself and I assure you all that I am fit and fine. I will update you about my health. Don’t worry.”

Raftaar is seen in ‘Roadies’ along with Prince Narula, Nikhil Chinapa and Neha Dhupia. But looks like he will have to take a break now.
