Saif Ali Khan denies reports of sharing screen with Sara in ‘Love Aaj Kal 2’

With the success of ‘Simmba’ and after expressing the desire to go on a coffee date with Kartik Aryan on Karan Johar’s chat show, Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan has become the heartthrob of her fans. Sara is currently riding high on success.

However, Sara’s fans are eagerly waiting for her to share screen space with father Saif Ali Khan. In the meantime, there were innumerable reports suggesting that Saif Ali Khan would be seen playing daughter Sara Ali Khan’s on-screen father in director-writer Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Love Aaj Kal 2’.

Reacting to these reports Saif Ali Khan has now come up with clarification. He denied all such reports and said, “I have clue where this fabricated information originated from.” “It is not true at all,” he added.

On the other hand, Sara Ali Khan said, I’d love to do a film with Abba. But, the film and our characters must justify our presence. We can’t do a film for doing’s sake.”

Earlier too, there were reports that Saif was to star with Sara in a film titled ‘Jawani Janeman’. It turned out to be a hoax as the role went to Alaia Furniturewala. The plot of the film was that of a 50-year old man who falls in love with a woman half his age. Alaia is a daughter of actress Pooja Bedi with ex-husband Farhan Ebrahim Furniturewalla. The announcement of her debut was done in November last year.
