Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan hug it out at IFFI 2017

The closing ceremony of International Film Festival of India 2017 saw many stars in the attendance. From Salman Khan to Katrina Kaif to Akshay Kumar to Amitabh Bachchan to Zaira Wasim a lot of stars made their presence felt at the event. Whatever the history be Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan are still on cordial terms. We all are aware of the past shared between Salman and Aishwarya Rai. It was one of the most talked about relationship and everyone in the industry is aware of it. But letting bygones be bygones, Big B doesn’t seem to have any vengeance against Salman.

Otherwise, the closing ceremony of IFFI 2017 was extremely a glittering affair. It was dedicated to Amitabh Bachchan wherein we had stars like Akshay Kumar paying a tribute to Big B. Calling him the Indian Superhero, Akshay Kumar tweeted a video on his Twitter handle from the event, expressing his love and affection for Big B. The caption of this video reads, “America has Batman, Spider-Man, Superman…but India and my superhero is our very own Angry Young Man, @SrBachchan Sir, rightly the Indian Personality of the Year ! #IFFI2017.”

Handsome hunk Siddharth Malhotra dedicated a performance to Big B. He danced on Big B’s famous songs and enthralled all. He too shared a sweet message on Twitter that read, “An actor, a gentleman, an inspiration that transcends generations,There is only one Amitabh Bachchan ! I feel blessed to be an actor in the same era as you sir ,today’s performance was a small thank you from your biggest fan, Love you @SrBachchan sir.”
