Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has been under investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation. The agency was been assisted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences’ (AIIMS) forensic team. They had recently ruled out the murder theories in relation to the case. But, this has left Sushant’s family extremely unhappy.

The late actor’s family took to their official Twitter handle, United for #SushantSinghRajput, and reacting to the AIIMS verdict, they shared a video of Sushant working out in the gym. The tweet read, “You don’t work so hard to kill yourself. Ridiculous theory of #SSR doing so.”

Meanwhile, Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh, as per a news report by Times of India, said hat the AIIMS report is not conclusive. He also said that the CBI can still file a case of murder. Further talking about AIIMS, he said, “They don’t have the X-ray of the leg which is said to have been fractured so it cannot be conclusive at the most it could be taken as a piece of evidence in the case.”

The Mumbai Police also felt vindicated after the AIIMS report. Mumbai Police commissioner Param Bir Singh told PTI, “We all stand vindicated by these findings of AIIMS. The court didn’t find any fault with our investigation.” He added, “Without knowing anything about our investigation and without having seen our report some vested interests criticised our investigation.”
