Tabu Purchases Apartment In Mumbai’s Versova Area Worth THIS Whopping Price- Report

Tabu has officially acquired an apartment from Godrej Properties in the prestigious project, Godrej Skyshore, as per property registration records. The renowned actress, whose full name is Tabassum Fatima Hashmi, purchased a 2,153 sq ft residence in Versova, Mumbai, for Rs 10 crore, according to documents accessed by Liases Foras.

The property registration confirms that the apartment is located within the Godrej Skyshore development in Versova, as reported by HT City. The transaction was registered on March 26, 2026, with a stamp duty of Rs 5.24 lakh. The registration fee of Rs 30,000 was paid as part of the process. The deal includes two parking spaces along with the apartment, which features a spacious balcony of approximately 127 sq ft.

About Godrej Skyshore Project

As per the documents, the Godrej Skyshore project is being developed on a land parcel covering over 27,000 sq ft. The development comprises two towers—Tower A and Tower B—rising to 24 floors above five basement levels. The project will include a total of 126 residential units, offering a luxurious living space in the heart of Versova.
