The ‘Disco Dancer’ star Mithun Chakraborty is recovering from his injury

Actor Mithun Chakraborty, has not been in the limelight for quite sometime. Many speculations came in for this national award winning actor to be extremely unwell.

The ‘Disco Dancer’ star who was shooting till the first week of October for his dance reality show had been admitted in the hospital this year. He was suffering from high fever and vomiting. The actor known for his dancing skills faced an injury after filming a action sequence for his 2009 titled film ‘Luck’ in South Africa. He was injured by the hard rocks under the safety mat which went unnoticed, the pain recurred again a couple of months ago.

His son actor Mimoh said that pain could have been due to his age but since the complication was arising in lower back part the actor and his family didn’t wanted to take any chances. They consulted doctors and the actor started sessions of physiotherapy with a visit from doctor everyday.

The actor is now much better and will start working on his commitments next year from the month of January. Hope everyone’s lovable ‘Mithun Da’ gets well soon and keeps on gracing the Silver screen with his delightful presence.
