Actor Sanjay Dutt has lived quite an exciting life. His life was so enchanting that filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani made his biopic ‘Sanju’ featuring Ranbir Kapoor.

In that interview, we can see how Sanjay Dutt was really scared of his father by the way he expresses his shock when Farooque announces the special guest of his show for that episode were none other than his father Sunil Dutt and sister Priya.

Late Sunil Dutt can be heard recounting the good old days of Sanjay’s childhood, as he shares, “After partition, we came here and after few years we were blessed with a baby boy Sanjay. The entire family was happy. He was loved so much that whatever he desired he used to get it. Never have I pampered anyone in my life the way I have pampered Sanjay Dutt.”

Then Farooque prods Sanjay further about the kind of mischief he did as a kid and Sanjay recalls, “We were brought up like any kid out there so. We had a very normal upbringing. I remember there was a party in our house where dad and his friends used to throw cigarettes after smoking and I used to hide and smoke those cigarette butts.”

When asked about how old he was at that time, Sanjay replies, “I guess I was 10 years old?” Correcting him his father Sunil immediately adds, “No you were way younger than that.”

So the actor agreed that he had an early start when it comes to smoking but later in order to bring discipline into his life his parents sent him to a boarding school.

Sanjay Dutt’s biopic ‘Sanju’ that released last Friday is doing a very good business at the box office.
