John Abraham, Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez presented a mass entertainer called ‘Dishoom’ on July 29, 2016 and everyone went into frenzy. Critics appreciated the film and audience loved It. Hence, even in its second week, ‘Dishoom’ managed to call for a good amount of footfalls at the theatres. Statistics says that ‘Dishoom’ made approximately Rs 10 crore business in its second weekend.

Even though ‘Dishoom’ had competition from 3 films viz ‘Fever’, ‘Budhia Singh: Born to Run,’ and ‘Legend of Michael Mishra’ that released this week, John and Varun’s charisma attracted audiences to watch ‘Dishoom’ in the theatres. This Rohit Dhawan directorial has become the sixth highest second-weekend grosser of the year 2016 following ‘Sultan’, ‘Airlift’ and more. Overall, ‘Dishoom’ has minted approximately 63 crore nett.

Now, next week we have two big films ‘Mohenjo Daro’ and ‘Rustom’ set to release. Let’s see how do they fare at the box-office.
