The Ghazi Attack

This Friday, we had three films making it to the theatres viz. Taapsee Pannu-Rana Daggubati’s ‘The Ghazi Attack‘, Taapsee Pannu-Amit Sadh’s ‘Running Shaadi’ and Arshad Warsi-Naseeruddin Shah’s ‘Irada’. Three films releasing on the same day is quite a rarity and it surely pumps up the competition at the box office. Well, in this competition of three films, ‘The Ghazi Attack’ has taken the lead.

On day one, ‘The Ghazi Attack’, which is supposedly Bollywood’s first war-at-sea film, has collected Rs 1.25 crore at the box office, which is a decent amount. The film that also stars Atul Kulkarni, Kay Kay Menon and Late Om Puri is based on the war that took place between India and Pakistan under the water.
