When asked how Kaira, his connection from the show, reacted after learning that he would be participating in Maa Hain Naa with his mother right after finishing Splitsvilla X6, Gullu revealed that she was surprised but also happy for him and his mother. “Matlab woh shock hui ki yaar abhi to tune yeh show khatam kara aur seedha tu teesra pakad liya. Toh bas yahi tha reaction, toh achha tha uska kaafi. Matlab usko achha laga ki yaar mummy ke saath show kar raha hoon main. Toh main batata tha na ki haan mummy first time aa rahi hai, toh woh bhi shocked thi ki batao first time aa rahi hai, seedha show mein ja rahi hai.”

Gullu REACTS To Kaira Hugging His Mother After Splitsvilla X6 Win

The conversation then shifted to the memorable finale moment of Splitsvilla X6. During the finale, while Gullu waited anxiously to find out who had actually won the show, Kaira was seen warmly hugging his mother during his Instagram live session.

Reflecting on that now-viral moment, Gullu admitted that he was too nervous and focused on the result to notice anything happening around him at the time. “Main mera un pe dhyaan tha hi nahi. Main sirf apne aap ko dekh raha hoon camera mein, haath ki main kya hone wala hai kyunki last tak is baar kya hota hai show mein ki do logon ke the na winning bytes pehle ek ka, phir doosre ka. Toh humein pata hi nahi tha ki actual mein jeeta kaun hai last tak bhi.”

He added, “Aur itna pressure, mera na dhyaan mummy pe, na mera dhyaan Kaira pe. Us time pe mera dhyaan sirf camera pe ki haath kiska uthne wala hai ab. Haan mummy aur uska peeche alag hi scene chal raha hai dono ka, but badhiya tha woh. Achha laga dekh ke.”

Gullu’s candid and emotional reflections gave fans a glimpse into the pressure, excitement and personal moments that came with his reality show journey. While viewers celebrated his victory onscreen, the reality star revealed how overwhelming the moment truly felt behind the scenes.
