EXCLUSIVE: Khushi Mukherjee Talks About ‘Mentor’ Munawar Faruqui In The Society; Says, “He Managed To Connect, Without Being Biased”

Actress Khushi Mukherjee has bagged the reality show The Society. The actress who has in the recent past been heavily trolled for her outfit choices has managed to keep everything behind. Now, she’s all set to be seen in the show that’s set to be hosted by Munawar Faruqui.

A one-of-a-kind show when it comes to format and entertainment quotient, Khushi is all set to unleash her true potential in the show and entertain her audience to good effect. However, it’s quite understandable that the journey behind bagging this show despite all the heavy criticism and trolling wasn’t an easy one for Khushi.

Khushi was all praises for the host and talking about him, she shared with Bollywood Bubble, “Munawar has been a tremendous host throughout. He has been very kind, supportive and empathetic as a host, and he has managed to connect with everyone without being biased. That’s a great quality, and I personally loved the way he played the role of a host as well as a mentor for contestants in the show.”

She added, “The society in the real world couldn’t accept me, apparently, due to my choice of clothes. So, I am looking forward to seeing whether I will be accepted here for being who I am in real life. My mind is currently filled with excitement and curiosity, and I am looking forward to putting my A game in the show. Fingers crossed, and I’m looking forward to it.”

Khushi Mukherjee On Co-Contestants’ Love & Support

Regarding her hustle and moving one step closer to her dreams as a performing artist with The Society, Khushi added, “It’s a very special feeling to be a part of such a wonderful show like The Society. I am super excited. The show has got a very interesting format, and guess what? It has actually got a fixed uniform for everyone. So far, opinions have been formed around me primarily regarding my outfit choices. But here in the show, everyone is wearing the same uniform and for the first time ever, the audience will get to see the real side of Khushi and who she is in real life. I truly feel I have had some fabulous co-contestants with me in the show who have not been judgmental at all. Our equations have started on a fresh note, and we have all been very respectful towards each other as contestants.”

Khushi reality‑TV star and entrepreneur. Breaking out on MTV’s Splitsvilla 10 and Love School 3, she has appeared in South Indian films and adult‑themed web series like Nadaan, Noorie, and Jungle Mein Dangal. Founder of KM Films, she also owns the digital magazine Bold is Bae and boasts 1M+ Instagram followers. On the work front, she will be next seen in Mutra Visarjan Varjit Hai with Arbaaz Khan.
