Shantanu Maheshwari On Dance Battle With Avneet Kaur

When asked about his dance battle with co-star Avneet Kaur, Shantanu Maheshwari answered, “Nahi aisa kuch hua nahi hai. I think Avneet is a very good dancer. So yaar, matlab aisa main aise kuch comparison nahi karna chaahunga. Matlab, she is equally good. Aise kuch jhagde nahi hote the set pe ki ‘Tu aisa kar rahi hai toh sir main do step aur karoon kya?'”

The Love In Vietnam director, Rahhat Shah Kazmi, interrupted and said, “Nahi aisa bilkul nahi. Dance toh humne kiya hai, and unhone bahut accha dance kiya. Achha, in fact, teeno ne. Yeh bahut best thing thi jo baad mein humein pata chali dheere-dheere, shoot shuru hone se pehle ki yeh sab bahut acche dancers hain — sabko pata hai. Fir pata chala ki Avneet bhi bahut acchi dancer hai, jo mujhe pehle nahi pata tha. Aur fir pata chala ki Kha Ngan bhi wahan ke dance competition jeet chuki hai, haan, jaise ‘Dancing with the Stars’ type ka. Toh haan, something like that, teeno hi bahut acche dancers hain.”
