Recalling the time when the duo came together to shoot the Splitsvilla X6 promo, Kashish Kapoor shared how the day turned unexpectedly wholesome with her mother joining her on set. “It was actually funny,” she said, smiling as she narrated the moment. “Mummy set pe gayi, she loved it. Waha woh (Digvijay) mummy se mila, that is when she invited that you guys come to my place for dinner.”

She went on to add that Digvijay had invited her home earlier, too, but she had always dodged it. “Usne mujhe pehle bhi apne ghar pe bulaya tha par main gayi nahi thi. Toh now he was like, ‘ab tujhe ghar pe aana hi padega, tu aa, tu aa. Humesha main hi aata hu, ab tu aa,’” Kashish recalled. This time, with her mother present, she agreed. “So I was like okay, aur mummy bhi thi. Toh, he was calling us for dinner,” she said.

Keeping the tone playful, Kashish revealed she even made a food demand. “So he asked me kya khaogi, then maine demand ki mujhe chicken khana hai,” she laughed, adding to the warmth of the memory and showing the comfortable equation they shared at the time.

However, when it comes to fans constantly shipping her with Digvijay Rathee and speculating about a romantic relationship, Kashish made her stance crystal clear. Addressing the rumours by joining her hands and her trademark candidness, she said, “NO. Single nahi rehna hai, lekin usko eliminate kar dete hai please, and then let’s talk.”
