Fitness icon & entrepreneur Krishna Shroff has built her name on discipline, be it in the gym, or in the ring, or even in her reality TV stints, and in how she talks about wellness as a whole. But her latest take is less about reps and more about radiance. According to Krishna, the secret to her consistently dewy, healthy-looking skin has very little to do with an elaborate ten-step routine and everything to do with what she does before she even gets to her vanity. Sweat, she says, is underrated.
Krishna Shroff Gets Honest About Healthy Skin
Talking about having healthy skin and skincare, Krishna Shroff said, “Honestly, sweating it out does more for my skin than half my products.” She continued, “I used to think skincare was all about what you put on your face, but the more consistent I’ve gotten with my training, the more I’ve noticed the difference. My skin has never looked better since I started taking it seriously. And I genuinely think it comes down to circulation, hydration, sleep, all of it working together. People forget skincare starts from the inside.”
It is a refreshingly grounded take from someone who could easily lean into product-heavy routines and call it a day. Instead, Krishna’s approach folds neatly into the larger narrative she has built for herself, of fitness not as vanity, but as a foundation that touches everything else in her life, skincare included. For someone whose journey has always been rooted in showing up and putting in the work, it tracks that her skincare philosophy would follow the exact same principle of consistency over shortcuts, always.
