Banjo

Riteish Deshmukh starrer ‘Banjo’ continues to fall flat at the box office. On its second day, it has grossed Rs. 1.50 crore which is not at all a good amount, considering it casts, two well-known faces like Deshmukh along with Nargis Fakhri, and also that it created quite a lot of hype prior to its release.

After two days in theatres, total collection of ‘Banjo’ remains Rs. 3.25 Crore. Primary contributors are Mumbai, CP Berar and Nizam. Going by the footfall, it has very little chances to buck up at box office.

Directed by Ravi Jadhav, ‘Banjo’ revolves around a group of banjo (a type of musical instrument) players who are looked down upon by the so-called elitist musicians and audience.
