Yesterday, the actor had shared another poster which was quirkier, and it showed the vivid toilet signboards that are seen across the country.

Well, talking about this latest poster, it perfectly carries the theme of the film which signifies the importance of having proper toilets in our country.

Certainly, the actor and the makers of the film are making us aware about the sensitive issue in an innovative way. This is also a nice build up to the launch of the trailer, which will take place on June 11.

‘Toilet – Ek Prem Katha’ stars Bhumi Pednekar opposite Akshay and it is a satirical comic take on the unhygienic practice of discharging in the fields, prevalent in rural parts of India. This also carries some references to PM Narendra Modi’s ‘Swachch Bharat’ campaign.

Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, the film is slated to release on August 11, 2017.
