Actor Sanjay Dutt who had surrendered to the TADA court was taken to the Arthur road jail .It Was from here he would have been sent to Yerawada prison in Pune,to complete his prison term of the remaining 42-month sentence in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blast case.

As per Sources,Sanjay Dutt will not be shifted to Pune but will remain in Mumbai for one month.The actor, whose lawyer on Friday had made an oral plea to the court to shift Dutt from the Anda Cell after he complained of suffocation, on Sunday refused to file an application to change his cell.
No reasons have yet been cited behind the change of plans.
