Music-composer and singer, Vishal Dadlani, who is one of the judges of ‘Indian Idol 12’ received criticism for his recent gaffe on the singing reality show. It was over Aye Mere Watan Ke Logon song. It so happened that while giving his feedback to one of the contestants who performed the Lata Mangeshkar’s patriotic song, Vishal told the contestant that the song was sung by Lata Mangeshkar for India’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru in 1947.

Post this, Vishal had to face flak from netizens and #DadlaniFacts started trending on Twitter. They started trolling him asking him to check the facts before making such statements. After facing backlash and trolls, Vishal took to his Twitter handle and apologised for the goof-up.
