Huma Qureshi’s ‘Partition: 1947’ promotional style is on fleek

At the music launch of the movie, Huma chose this sizzling white Falguni and Shane Peacock gown. She clubbed it with elegant turquoise drop earrings and a middle-parted, messy updo. The lady kept the accessories to minimal and sported soft pink lips along with subtle kohl eyes. We liked how the gold chevron pattern lent a unique touch to the ensemble.

Chequered affair

How we love this checkered off-shoulder dress from Vidhi Wadhwani_The Label. Cinched at the waist, the flowing long number accentuates Huma’s frame perfectly and the nude Intoto sandals mellow down the busy print. The makeup artist Ajay Vishwasrao has done a fab job with matte peach lips and intense eyes. Hairstylist Sana Pathan opted for a side-swept, wavy hair look for the actress that highlighted her collarbones aesthetically.

Lovely in lavender

This classy pantsuit will brighten up anyone’s day. Styled by Sanjana Batra, Huma clubbed this lavender Lavish Alice ensemble with blue statement earrings from Deepa Gurnani and gold strappy heels from Zara. Well defined eyebrows and subtle dark lavender lips completed her look.

Ethnic elegance

For one of the promotional rounds, Huma picked this exquisite Dolly J outfit that included a white chikan kurta and floral print palazzo pants. The actress also shared this picture on Instagram with the caption, “Let’s Indian today”. She rounded out the look with slicked back hair, dewy faced makeup, and not-so-great earrings from Silver Streak.

Going the anti-fit way

This off-shoulder green floral dress by Madison is somewhere between pretty and unflattering. But let’s give it to Ms. Qureshi for carrying off her outfit well. She paired the flowy, ruffled number with metallic green pumps and a wispy updo, which looked nice.

Layered and fabulous

This long maxi dress gets brownie points for just the intense maroon colour. Huma layered this Surbhi Shekhar piece with a white net embroidered jacket. She accessorised the outfit with delicate gold chokers from Forever 21 and gold sandals. The hair stylist Sana Pathan opted for a messy low bun, which accentuated the overall look.
